All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1 business day Monday -Friday Once orders shipped, it may take 3–5 days to arrive not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped.
We prefer USPS priority mail (estimated 2–3 business days) We use UPS (ground) for larger orders. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
We inspect all products carefully before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Jade & Sage llc. within 5 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your unused product for another candle of the same size and price within 21 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at andrea@jadesagellc.com for details.
